Environmental Studies Schedule: Fall, 2010 V. 0.1

I submit below a table displaying the fall 2010 schedule for the Environmental Studies program. We reviewed ths schedue at our Environmental Studies Convening Group meeting on December 2. All faculty have been consulted with the exception Professor Edelstein, who is on sabbatical. The scope of the table below covers only ENST and GEOG courses, so does not reflect Environmental Science courses that our students might take.

Issues that I can identify now, 12/9/2009:

  1. We cannot yet assume the Master of Arts in Sustainability Studies, but if it starts in the fall, Ashwani will get released time.
  2. If Wayne gets a sabbatical leave for the fall, Ashwani may teach Economics of Sustainability, but this takes him out of a second course. Pat O'Connor is available to teach Public Policy.
  3. Mike needs a third course.
  4. Howard does Environmental Seminar, but creates a need for Physical Geography, not yet listed above.
